Experts in cabinetry

RDI Kitchens are the experts to call. We have been assisting homeowners throughout the area with all of their cabinets needs. We will be happy to help you find the perfect cabinetry for you. We not only offer a wide selection of stylish cabinetry but also have customizable hardware and accessories to help your cabinetry stand out from the pack.

Framed vs. Frameless

First, you need to select the overall structure of your cabinets. At RDI Kitchen, we are proud to provide framed and frameless options.

With a framed cabinet layout, a face frame is attached to the front of the cabinet. Our framed cabinets are durable and flexible, making them a popular choice among homeowners. However, please note that this option may have less storage space than a frameless one.

We also offer frameless cabinets, which are best known as European or full-access cabinets. A frameless cabinet does not have a face frame, creating more storage room. It also offers more accessibility, making this cabinet model a great solution for homeowners who want a universally accessible.

Cabinet types

We offer stock, semi-custom, and fully custom kitchen cabinets:

Stock cabinets

Our stock cabinets come in specific sizes to match your space (typically in 3-inch increments) and can be ready-made for when you order.

Semi-custom cabinets

Semi-custom cabinets give you a few more options than our stock cabinets but are not as customizable as our custom cabinets.

Custom cabinets

Our custom cabinets will allow you to choose the exact finish, wood species, color, dimensions and other features to show off your design style. They are custom-made for you and will be unique to you!

Wood species

Our cabinets come in several popular wood species:

Maple

Strong, close-grained, and off-white in color

Oak

Wide variety of colors including white yellow and red-brown

Cherry

Sophisticated, multi-colored wood species

Birch

Close-grained hardwood, straight, wavy and curly patterns

Laminate

Not technically a wood species, but easy to clean and durable

Cabinet FInishes

Once you’ve selected the structure of your cabinet, the level of customization you want, and your preferred wood species, it’s time to choose a finish. We offer the following finish options:

Glazed

Glazed cabinets have a base stain applied followed by a highlight glaze to add depth.

Painted

Painted finishes are just that – paint – and can be nearly any color you desire.

Burnished

Burnished finishes come from random distressing and over-sanding.

Vintage

These finishes get their look from distressing, over-sanding and a pigmented stain.
